Living in Harmony with the Seasons : SPRING
Spring is in the air! It is a time of change, clearing and wind - "the vectors of change". Spring is the beginning of Yang, bringing us warmth, light, growth and movement.
We are anxious to get out and going, but it is best to come out of our winter hibernation with care. It is a good time to stretch, see life anew and prepare your body/mind for the newly planted ideas from winter.
Chinese acu-theory associates spring with the Wood Element, the color green, eyes and vision - bringing the etherial into form. The Organs associated with Wood and spring are Liver and Gallbladder, which help us with smoothness, evenness and making decisions. Those Organs are also said to rule tendons, flexibility and the hips
Suggestions for a smooth springtime.......
